After an all night session, the parties at the Climate Conference came away with, essentially, an agreement in principal. Critics complain that it is not enforceable but others (who are, ironically, often the President’s critics) point out that President Obama held the line on another financial “bailout,” this time handing millions to other countries.What happened in Copenhagan and is it good or bad for the United States?
